/cast [mod:shift] Cloak of Shadows; EvasionSubtlety Rogues have several utility spells that are crucial for Mythic+ success, such as interrupts, stuns, and defensive cooldowns. Macros streamline the use of these abilities, allowing for quicker reactions and more efficient management of dangerous situations without having to manually switch targets or hit multiple keys.
While possible, it is generally not recommended to combine offensive and defensive abilities into one macro unless under very specific circumstances. Defensive abilities often need to be used reactively and independently of your damage rotation for optimal effect. Combining them can lead to wasted cooldowns or suboptimal defensive timing.
Utilize conditional statements such as [@focus], [@mouseover], or default targeting [] in your macros. For example, [@focus] directs the spell to your set focus target, which is excellent for consistently interrupting specific enemies while you maintain damage on another.
