/cast [@mouseover,help,nodead][help][@player] SwiftmendThis macro condition tells the game to cast the spell on your mouseover target, but only if it's a friendly unit and not dead. If these conditions aren't met, the macro will look for the next condition or cast on your current target.
You can use /castsequence to cast multiple spells in order, but it's generally not recommended for reactive healing spells. Separate macros for each core heal provide more control and flexibility.
[help] means if you don't have a valid mouseover, the spell will be cast on your current friendly target. [@player] acts as a fallback, casting the spell on yourself if no other conditions are met, ensuring the spell is always cast.
