Rip is typically applied to high-priority targets or during periods of burst damage in AoE. Maintaining Rip on multiple targets can be beneficial, especially if combined with talents that enhance its damage or duration.
You can add /cast Tiger's Fury to the beginning of a burst AoE macro, similar to the Incarnation example. This ensures you benefit from the damage increase during your critical AoE windows.
